Review reply generator
Three replies for any review, good or bad. Fill in what applies, copy the one that sounds like you, and change what does not fit.
Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. Read the reply before posting: it should describe what really happened.
How to use the replies
- Add one specific detail. “You waited forty minutes for a table you had booked” shows you read the review.
- Only promise what you will do. If you say you will call, call.
- Reply once. Take the rest of the conversation to the phone or email.

Questions
Should I reply to every review?
Yes, including the good ones. A short, specific reply shows the next reader that someone is paying attention. Reply to negative reviews within a day or two.
Is this written by AI?
No. The replies are put together from sentences written by people, chosen by the rating and topic you pick. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
What should a reply to a negative review never contain?
Details about the customer: what they bought, what treatment they had, what they owe. In healthcare, law and finance even confirming that the person was a client can break confidentiality rules. Also no blame, and no offer in exchange for changing the review.
What if the reviewer was never a customer?
Pick “Not our customer”. Say politely that you cannot find the visit and ask them to get in touch, then report the review to the platform if it breaks its rules.
