Refund policy
You pay for a removal only after the review is gone. Because the work is finished and cannot be handed back, removal fees are not refunded. Billing mistakes are always corrected.
In force from October 13, 2026
Removal fees
We do not charge anything to look at a review, to report it, or to appeal. If the platform keeps the review up, you owe nothing.
A removal fee is invoiced, per review, only after the review you asked us to work on is no longer shown publicly on the platform (the definition of “removed” in section 5 of our Terms). At that point the service has been delivered in full, so the fee is not refundable. This applies in the same way to removals that are included in a Shield plan: an included removal that has been used is not given back.
We keep a record of each review before and after removal, and you can see the status of every request in your dashboard.
If a removed review comes back
Tell us and we report it again at no charge for as long as you are a client. The original fee is not refunded. If the review came back within 30 days of removal and we have not had it removed again within 60 days of you telling us, we credit that fee to your account against future invoices.
Shield subscriptions
Shield is paid in advance and renews every 30 days. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund a period that has started, in whole or in part, and we do not refund periods in which you did not use the dashboard.
Free monitoring has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
When we do refund
We refund in full, to the original payment method, when:
- you were charged twice for the same thing;
- you were charged a different amount from the price shown to you;
- you were charged a removal fee for a review that was still publicly shown on the platform at the time of the charge;
- your subscription renewed after you had cancelled it in the way our Terms describe;
- we end your subscription ourselves without a breach on your side, for the unused part of the period;
- the law where you are requires a refund.
How to ask
Write to support@reviewdeck.co from the email address on your account within 30 days of the charge, and tell us which invoice it is about. We answer within 2 business days. An approved refund is sent within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you ask your bank to reverse a charge. A mistake is faster to fix with us than through a bank.
If a charge for a review that was removed, or for a subscription period you used, is reversed through your bank, we send the bank our records: your request, your acceptance of the Terms of Service and the proof of removal. We may suspend the account while the dispute is open. The amount stays owed to us, together with any dispute fee the bank or payment provider charges us.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
