Privacy and cookies
We measure how this site and the app are used with our own software, on our own server. Nothing is sent to an advertising or analytics company.
If you decline cookies
We still count visits, but we cannot tell who you are or recognise you tomorrow. Each page view is recorded with the page address, the site that linked to you, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and a scrambled code made from your network address and browser. The key used to scramble it is deleted after two days, so the code cannot be turned back into an address. We never store the address itself.
If you accept cookies
We also set a random visitor number in a cookie. With it we see which pages one browser visited, in what order and for how long, across this site and the app. If you create an account, your visits are linked to it. We use this to find out which pages and wording work and where people get stuck.
Cookies we set
| Name | When | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
rd_consent | Always | Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so we don’t ask again. | 6 months |
rd_ab | Always | Which version of a page you were shown when we test two designs or headlines. It holds a label such as “hero.control”, not an identifier. | 3 months |
rd_vid | Only if you accept | A random visitor number. It lets us see that the same browser came back, which pages it visited and for how long, on this site and in the app. | 13 months |
rd_session | When you sign in | Keeps you signed in to the app. | Until you sign out, or 30 days |
The booking page embeds a Calendly calendar, which is run by Calendly and follows its own privacy policy.
Change your mind
You can change your choice at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline without asking.
