Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ReviewDeck. You accept them when you create an account, ask us to work on a review, or pay us.

In force from October 13, 2026

1. Who this agreement is between

“We” and “us” mean ReviewDeck LLC, United States, which runs ReviewDeck. “You” means the business that uses ReviewDeck and the person who accepts these terms for it. That person confirms they are allowed to accept them for the business.

ReviewDeck is sold to businesses. It is not for personal or household use.

2. What we do

  • Free monitoring. An account without a paid plan can monitor one location and its review profiles at no charge, and no payment details are needed to open it. You can ask us to work on a review from a free account; section 5 then applies to that review.
  • Cleanup (review removal). When you ask us to work on a review, we check it against the platform’s own content rules. If it appears to break them, we report it to the platform through its official reporting and appeal process and follow up until the platform decides.
  • Shield (monthly plans). Monitoring of your review profiles, alerts, and the other features listed for your plan on our pricing page and in your dashboard.

The features and limits of each plan are the ones shown on the pricing page on the day you subscribe or renew.

3. What we do not promise

  • Each platform decides whether a review stays or goes. We cannot promise that any review will be removed, or how long a decision takes.
  • We do not promise a star rating, a search position, a number of new reviews, or that an AI assistant will recommend you.
  • We read your profiles from the platforms at intervals: about every 6 hours on a paid plan and about once a day on free monitoring. New reviews appear in your dashboard after the next read, not at the moment they are posted. A platform may change or block access, and a profile may be unreadable for a time.
  • We may decline to work on a review, for example when it does not appear to break the platform’s rules. Nothing is charged for a review we decline or that the platform keeps up.

4. What you agree to

  • You own or are authorised to manage every business profile you add, and you authorise us to report reviews to the platforms on your behalf.
  • What you tell us about a review is true to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it when we report to a platform.
  • You will not ask us to post, buy or pay for reviews, or to threaten or pressure a reviewer. We do not do this.
  • When you use review request campaigns, you send them only to your own real customers, you are allowed to contact them, you do not offer a reward in return for a positive review, and you do not select only the customers you expect to be happy.
  • You keep your sign-in details private and are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • You follow the terms of each platform your profiles are on.

5. Removal fees

A removal fee is charged per review, and only after the review is removed. A review counts as removed when, after we have reported it for you, it is no longer shown publicly on the platform. We record the review before and after as proof.

The price depends on the platform and is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard under Plan & billing before you ask. A Shield plan lowers that price by the discount shown for your plan.

Shield Pro and Shield Multi include a number of removals each calendar month. Included removals are used first, are not carried into the next month, and have no cash value.

Each removed review is billed on its own. When we confirm a removal, we issue an invoice for the fee for that review, show it under Billing in your dashboard and notify you. You pay it there, on a checkout page run by our payment provider (section 7), or in another way agreed with your account manager. We do not charge a card or bank account automatically for a removal. A removal included in your plan appears as an invoice for $0. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after it is issued, we may pause work on your other requests until it is paid.

6. Shield subscriptions

You start a Shield plan by paying on our payment provider’s checkout page. Shield is billed in advance and renews automatically every 30 days, charged by the payment provider to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to support@reviewdeck.co from the email address on your account, or in the dashboard where a cancel option is shown. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.

If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you. You can cancel before then.

7. Taxes and payment handling

Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which are added where they apply. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Commas, on its own checkout page. It acts as the seller of record for the payment, may appear on your statement, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. We do not see or store your card or bank account number.

8. Refunds

Our Refund policy is part of these terms. In short: a removal fee is charged only after the work has succeeded, so it is not refunded, and subscription payments are not refunded for a billing period that has started. We correct billing mistakes in full.

9. If a removed review comes back

If a platform shows a removed review again while you are a client, tell us and we report it again at no charge, as many times as it takes. If it comes back within 30 days of the removal and we have not had it removed again within 60 days of you telling us, we credit the fee for that review to your account. The credit is set against your next invoices and is not paid out in cash.

A new review from the same person is a new review, not a review that came back.

10. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, write to support@reviewdeck.co first. We answer within 2 business days and refund any charge that was made in error.

Asking your bank to reverse a charge for a review that was removed, or for a subscription period you used, is a breach of these terms. If that happens:

  • we send the bank the record of your request, your acceptance of these terms, and the proof that the review was removed;
  • we may suspend your account and stop all work until the dispute is settled;
  • the amount stays owed to us, together with any fee the bank or payment provider charges us for the dispute, and the reasonable cost of collecting it;
  • the promise in section 9 ends for the reviews in the reversed charge.

This section does not limit any right the law gives you to dispute a charge you did not authorise.

11. Your information

Your business information, your customer lists and your replies remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. Customer contacts you upload for review requests are used only to send those requests for you and are not sold, shared or used for anything else. You are responsible for having the right to give them to us.

Reviews themselves are public content that belongs to the platforms and the people who wrote them.

We keep what you tell us about your business confidential, and share it only with the platforms when reporting a review and with the suppliers we need to run the service. Our Privacy policy lists the personal data we hold, why, and the suppliers who receive it.

12. Our software

We give you the right to use the dashboard for your own business while your account is open. The software, its design and our methods remain ours. You may not copy or resell it, try to get around its limits, or use it to collect data for a competing service.

13. Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using ReviewDeck at any time. Section 6 covers cancelling a subscription. Fees for reviews that were removed before you leave, or that are removed afterwards because of a report we filed while you were a client, remain payable.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to target genuine reviews by deception, or that has a charge unpaid for more than 30 days. We may also end the agreement for any other reason with 30 days’ notice, in which case we refund the unused part of a subscription period you have paid for.

14. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that and what these terms say, the service is provided as it is, without other warranties.

We are not responsible for what a platform or a reviewer does, including decisions to keep, remove or restore a review or to restrict a profile. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business or loss of reputation, or for any indirect loss.

Our total liability to you for everything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud.

15. Claims caused by your instructions

If someone brings a claim against us because information you gave us was false, because you did not have the right to manage a profile or to contact a customer, or because you broke section 4, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with its date and, if the change matters to you, email the address on your account at least 14 days before it applies. Using ReviewDeck after that date means you accept the new version. A change never applies to a removal that was confirmed before it.

17. General

These terms, the Refund policy and the pricing shown when you buy are the whole agreement between us. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not act on a breach at once, we can still act on it later. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent.
